Shomail A. Naqvi is the Managing Director of THK Associated (Pvt) Ltd, Chief Executive of Transformation Professional (Pvt) Ltd and Director of PerksHR (Pvt) Limited.

Shomail is an Assurance, Internal Audit, Risk and Management consultant & practitioner with around 19 years’ experience of working with global advisory practices & financial institutions including KPMG, HBL, Habib Bank AZ Zurich and J. Awan Partners in UK, Middle East and Pakistan.

His experience includes setting up and/or managing; SMEs, regional offices for global advisory practices, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance function of a global accountancy firm, providing assurance & IARC consultancy services, undertaking internal audits, investigations, and AML / KYC related projects, etc.

His experience also includes advisory to and management of charities and CSR initiatives including being a Trustee of Baitul Sukoon Cancer Hospital & Hospice, Talent Inducement & Placement Society (TIPS).

He is a Bachelors in Accounting from University of Essex – UK (where he also served as Student Union Executive for International Students & Captain of the University Cricket team), a part qualified ACA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, a Certified Internal Control Auditor and an Internal Audit Practitioner
